From the menu bar select the 'Track Transaction' tab. Enter the transaction reference number and then click 'Track' tab.
Open your App click on 'Not example@gmail.com?'. And on the log-in screen click 'Forgotten our password?'. From here, follow the instructions on the screen.
Once logged in, click Menu, click My Profile, tab on Change, choose Password/Pin Change. From here, follow the instructions on the screen.
